A mirror claims it can unlock the game
This guide links to the developer’s address, not a mirror. An alternative host may serve a different version and have different storage or privacy behavior. We have not verified those hosts. A browser save should not be assumed to appear at another address.

Do not start by clearing your save.
Clearing cookies or site data is not a way to change a school or work network’s policy. It can remove local progress. If you can still open the game, export a backup first, then use the symptom checklist below.
Match the symptom.
The page loads, but play is slow
Open the game’s Graphics settings, choose a lower Quality and use Save & reload. Close demanding tabs. Under Advanced, ambient occlusion is marked as costly; try switching it off.
The game freezes or keeps failing
Use Report a problem, then View report to inspect the game’s diagnostic details. Save / share report lets you pass those details to the developer through the support links on the game site. Viewing it does not itself send it.
The game site does not open
Check the address and connection first. If a managed network blocks it, ask its administrator. This guide cannot establish whether an outage or a network rule caused the failure.
Online play asks for a code
The title screen has an Online test code field. It is separate from an in-game Metro puzzle. Check the developer’s announcements for current access information; this guide has no verified online or Metro code.
Keep a copy of your save.
The game stores progress in the browser you use. A new browser or device does not automatically bring that progress with it.
- In the game, open Settings and find Saved game.
- Choose Export save and keep the exported file before clearing site data or moving devices.
- On the destination browser, open the official game and choose Import save to select that file.
If you already have progress on the destination, export a backup there too. Avoid Start new game or clearing browser storage while trying to recover progress. If the original browser can no longer open the game, exporting may not be possible.
